You may enter and qualify for these tournaments through the youth or family twosome leagues. Or if you wish, you may come in and bowl at other times. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Once again we will be working Saturday Night Bingo at Dunbar Athletics Boosters in Dunbar in 2008, and we need your help. Once a month we will be working the floor selling bingo cards to raise funds for our youth and high school leagues. Without these funds, the extra costs would fall on you, the parents, to pay tournament entry fees, tournament shirts, etc...etc.. With bingo, we are able to cover these costs plus scholarship money for college. We need 10 people to help with bingo each Saturday night that we work. Jimmy and staff does a wonderful job with the youth leagues, and tirelessly works bingo each and every Saturday night we are scheduled. April and November we are working bingo every Saturday night. These two months are the most important for fund raising. If you work 3 of the 4 Saturdays in either April or November you will receive a free bowling ball. Here is the schedule for 2008: January 19, March 08, April (every Sat. night) June 14, August 02, September 20, November (every Sat. night) December 27. If interested in helping us raise money for your children, contact me, Randy Gilbert at randy@dunbarbowling.com or contact Jimmy or Missy at the Center. 304-768-2191. Anyone volunteering to help other than April or November, your lineage on one league will be free for 3 weeks. You will still be responsible for prize fund part of lineage.
